Tracking Your Order
Stay informed about your order from purchase to delivery. Here's how to track your package.
Finding Your Order
Access your orders anytime:
- Click your profile icon in the top right
- Select My Orders from the menu
- View all your orders and their current status
Order Status Explained
Your order goes through several stages:
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Processing | Order received, seller preparing your item |
| Shipped | Package handed to carrier, tracking available |
| In Transit | Package moving through delivery network |
| Out for Delivery | Package on vehicle for final delivery |
| Delivered | Package delivered to your address |
Getting Your Tracking Number
Once your order ships:
- You'll receive an email with tracking information
- View tracking from My Orders in your account
- Click Track Order next to your order
- You'll see the tracking number and carrier link
Using the Tracking Link
Click the tracking link to see:
- Current package location
- Estimated delivery date
- Delivery history and scans
- Any delivery exceptions
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on several factors:
Standard Shipping
- Domestic (US): 5-10 business days
- International: 10-25 business days
Express Shipping
- Domestic (US): 2-5 business days
- International: 5-10 business days
Business days exclude weekends and holidays. International orders may experience additional delays due to customs.
What If My Package Is Delayed?
Packages can be delayed due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier volume (holiday seasons)
- Customs processing (international)
- Address issues
If your package is significantly delayed:
- Check tracking for any updates or exceptions
- Wait 24-48 hours for tracking to update
- Contact the seller through messages
- Open a support request if no resolution
Tracking Not Updating?
Tracking may not update immediately:
- Allow 24-48 hours after shipping for initial scan
- Some carriers have limited scan points
- International packages may have gaps between scans
- Contact carrier directly for detailed information
Delivery Issues
Package shows delivered but not received?
- Check with household members
- Look around entry points (porches, mailrooms)
- Check with neighbors
- Contact your local post office or carrier
- Report to seller within 48 hours
Wrong address on order?
- Contact seller immediately
- If not yet shipped, seller can update address
- If shipped, contact carrier to redirect (fees may apply)
International Orders
For orders shipped internationally:
- Allow extra time for customs clearance
- You may be responsible for import duties/taxes
- Tracking may be limited in some countries
- Contact local customs for held packages
