Logging In to Your Account

Access your BugSell account to manage orders, favorites, and personalized recommendations.

How to Log In

1. Click Sign In in the top right corner
2. Enter your registered email address
3. Enter your password
4. Click Sign In

You'll be redirected to your previous page or the homepage.

Stay Signed In

Check the Remember me option to stay logged in on your device. This is convenient for personal devices but not recommended for shared or public computers.

Forgot Your Password?

If you can't remember your password:

1. Click Sign In in the top right corner
2. Click Forgot Password? below the login form
3. Enter your registered email address
4. Click Send Reset Link
5. Check your email for the password reset link
6. Click the link and create a new password
7. Log in with your new password

Password Requirements

When creating a new password:

• Minimum 8 characters
• Include at least one uppercase letter
• Include at least one number
• Avoid common passwords like "password123"

Troubleshooting Login Issues

"Invalid credentials" error?

• Double-check your email spelling
• Make sure Caps Lock is off
• Try the password reset option

Not receiving password reset emails?

• Check spam/junk folder
• Verify you're using the correct email
• Wait 5 minutes and try again
• Contact support if issues persist

Account locked? After multiple failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked for security. Wait 15 minutes before trying again.

Security Tips

Keep your account safe:

• Use a unique password - Don't reuse passwords from other sites
• Log out on shared devices - Always sign out when using public computers
• Check for phishing - BugSell will never ask for your password via email
• Update password regularly - Consider changing your password every few months
