Create Your Account

Welcome to BugSell! Creating an account takes just a few minutes and gives you access to thousands of unique products from independent creators worldwide.

Step 1: Sign Up

1. Click Sign In in the top right corner of any page
2. Select Create Account below the login form
3. Enter your details:
   • Email address - Use an email you check regularly
   • Full name - This will be visible on your orders
   • Password - At least 8 characters with letters and numbers
4. Click Sign Up to create your account

Step 2: Verify Your Email

After signing up, we'll send a verification email to confirm your address:

1. Check your inbox for an email from BugSell
2. Click the Verify Email button in the email
3. You'll be redirected back to BugSell
4. Your account is now verified and ready to use!

Step 3: Complete Your Profile

While optional, completing your profile helps personalize your experience:

1. Go to Account Settings from the user menu
2. Add a profile photo
3. Set your shipping address for faster checkout
4. Configure your notification preferences

Troubleshooting

Didn't receive the verification email?

• Check your spam or junk folder
• Wait a few minutes and check again
• Click "Resend verification email" from the login page
• Make sure you entered the correct email address

Email already registered?

• You may already have an account. Try the "Forgot Password" option
• If you're sure you've never signed up, contact support

Having trouble signing up?

• Clear your browser cache and cookies
• Try a different browser
• Disable browser extensions temporarily
