How to disclose:

• Clear and conspicuous
• Before the affiliate link
• Easy to understand

Good examples:

• "This post contains affiliate links. I earn a commission if you purchase."
• "As an affiliate, I earn from qualifying purchases."
• "Affiliate link - I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you."

Bad examples:

• Hidden in tiny text
• Buried at bottom of page
• Vague language like "I may earn money"

Where to Disclose

Blog posts: At the top of the post Social media: In the caption or first comment YouTube: In video description AND verbally in video Email: At the top or bottom of email

Prohibited Activities

DON'T Do These Things

Self-clicking: Never click your own affiliate links Cookie stuffing: Don't manipulate cookies Fake reviews: Only review products you've actually used Spam: Don't spam your links everywhere Misleading claims: Be honest about products Trademark bidding: Don't bid on brand names in ads (without permission) Coupon sites: Don't create fake coupon sites

Product Promotion Guidelines

You CAN:

• Guarantee results
• Impersonate the brand
• Use copyrighted images without permission
• Spam or harass people

• Follow Instagram's branded content policies

YouTube

• Check "Video contains paid promotion"

Consequences of Violations

First Violation

• Warning email
• Temporary suspension (7 days)
• Required compliance training

Second Violation

• 30-day suspension
• Pending commissions held
• Review of all content

Third Violation

• Permanent account termination
• Forfeiture of unpaid commissions
• Banned from reapplying
